Telugu comedian Gundu Hanumantha Rao aged 61 passes away

Popular Telugu comedian Gundu Hanumantha Rao aged 61 died on early Monday morning at his residence in Hyderabad.

It is reported that the Amrutham actor was suffering from kidney disorders and was undergoing treatment for the same. Gundu Hanumantha Rao is survived by his son.

Many Tollywood actors mourned the death of the veteran comedian. Many actors took to twitter to expressed their grief.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao also expressed his condolences over the sudden death of the actor.

Gundu Hanumantha Rao made his acting debut with Aha Naa Pellanta, 1987 film which was a successful movie at the box office. He became popular as a comedian after acting in SV Krishna Reddy’s  film.

He became famous for his role as Aamudala Anjaneyulu in popular Telugu serial series Amrutham which was aired in 2001.
