Missing Inter student dead body found in decomposed state

An inter student was found missing since Saturday after she went out to meet her friends and her dead body was recovered at a deserted place in Hyderabad.

The girl’s body was found in a decomposed state and the police suspect that she died on Saturday itself.

The police suspected a foul play in this murder case and the dead body was found at a deserted place that comes under Cyberabad police commissionerate jurisdiction on Monday.

The deceased Intermediate girl was identified as Chandni Jain aged 17. Her father Kishore Jain is a businessman and they live in Madinaguda of Hyderbad.

Chandni Jain was studying in Silver Oaks School. They are staying in Satyanarayana Enclave and she went out on Saturday evening and did not return.



Her sister and parents tried to call her on Saturday night but the mobile was switched off. The parents then approached the police and filed a missing complaint. The police started a search operation and on Monday evening the local people informed police about a dead body which was found near Ameenpur at the outskirts of the city.

Then her parents were called in to identify the body. Chandni’s mother identified the body as her daughter by seeing the tattoos.

Police are investigating the case from all the possible angles. Police said that she might have gone there along with other person either with her consent or forcibly.

The body of Chandni was sent for postmortem at Gandhi hospital. The body was taken to her apartment after completing the postmortem.

Chandni Jain’s postmortem report revealed that she died after her throat was pressed. Doctors also found injuries on her face, legs and throat. Police are investigating the case based on her call data and suspect a love matter.

Her friends are being questioned and four of them were taken for questioning by the police.

A CCTV footage of the girl was seen at a junction. She was seen along with a boy who was carrying a bag. It seems they went for shopping and took an auto.
