Kannada TV actor Lambu Nagesh dies of Liver Disorder on Friday

Kannada TV actor Lambu Nagesh died on Friday night at a hospital as he was suffering from liver related disease.

Lambu Nagesh has acted in about 100 Kannada films in supporting roles and also as a villain. Some of his films which played well at the box office are Huliya, Police Story-2 and many others.

Lambu Nagesh was also a theatre artist and a TV actor and died at MS Ramaiah Hospital after suffering from prolonged illness of liver problem. He acted in many serials also. He was popularly known as Nagesh and was admitted to the hospital to get treatment for liver related problems and was being treated for the past five days.

Nagesh also worked with veteran TV artiste B Jayashree and played many significant plays. He then shifted to small screen and became popular with negative characters. His recent work in ‘Ashwini Nakshtra’ received much appreciation.

Lambu Nagesh made his debut in film industry with 1992 film ‘Prithviraj’ and acted in around 100 Kannada movies including the popular Huliya and Police Story 2 as a villain and supporting role.

Nagesh fans are allowed to pay tribute to the deceased actor at his house in Hanumanth Nagar.

Nagesh last rites will be performed at Banashankari.
