Indian shooters Ravi Kumar, Apurvi Chandela win bronze in Asian Games 2018

Indian shooters Ravi Kumar and Apurvi Chandela opened the medals tally for India in Asian Games 2018 by winning bronze in mixed air rifle event by scoring 429.9.

Chinese Taipei won gold with 494.1 while China won silver with 492.5. With this bronze medal, India opened its medal account in the 18th Asian Games in the 10m mixed air rifle event on Sunday.

Ravi Kumar and Apurvi Chandela entered the final with 835.3 as the second-best team. Manu Bhaker and Abhishek Verma failed to qualify for the final in 10m mixed air rifle event.
