Bollywood veteran actor Dilip Kumar admitted to Lilavati Hospital

Veteran actor Dilip Kumar has been admitted to Lilabati Hospital in Mumbai following chest infection.

The legendary actor Dilip Kumar aged 95 years has been suffering from age related problems in recent times. The actor felt a bit uneasy due to chest infection and was taken to the hospital.

His friend who handles his twitter, posted: “Saab has been admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital as he was bit uneasy due to a chest infection. He’s recuperating. Requesting your duas and prayers”.

Dilip Kumar is well known as Tragedy King of Bollywood and his career continued over six decades. He was seen in around 65 films and is known for his iconic roles in Devdas, Naya Daur,Mughal-e-Azam, Ganga Jamuna, Kranti and Karma.

Dilip Kumar was last seen in 1998 film Qila. He was honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1994 and with Padma Vibhushan in 2015.
